We have replaced 60 frames through the area of the fish-hold, 8-10 planks, cover boards, and three lifts in the timber stern. Here Stephen and Daniel are driving home a new frame. After refastening and recalking, we fabricated new aluminum bulwarks, added purple-heart guards and railcaps, installed new hydraulics, water, and power to the deck machinery, a new hauling guard, and fresh paint.Here she is, headed back to Ballard, restored for more seasons up north.
