This is a complete restoration: frames, planking, and floors were replaced as needed, and the entire hull was recalked and faired. 

New mouldings were made for the cabin and cockpit; the cabinsides were veneered with Honduras Mahogany. 

Finally, we stained and varnished the topsides, painted the hull (she will be finished with a gold covestripe), and prepped the bottom. 

Meanwhile the mast has been restored, the boom replaced, rigging replaced, and sails repaired or upgraded.

Here is Orion at dock in Port Townsend ready for delivery to Seattle.  Isn't she lovely?  No wonder so many PC's have been restored!
